Any employee covered by the collective bargaining agreement
who did not receive the negotiated wage rate, will receive
that rate retroactive to July 1, 1981.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Board will retain jurisdiction for 30
days from the date below in the event the parties cannot implement the above
remedy.
